1. Create Your Account

The first step will be joining The HUB. You can start by navigating to the menu item that is labeled 'Add Your Company' from the site main navigation menu.

Then Choose which account type you prefer, Note switching account types is supported.

Next, please fill in the form with your Company Name, Contact Person, Phone # and Email address. If you have any questions, you can add a message or contact the phone number displayed on the page.

Before you can proceed you must:

  • Check the box that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Then hit the submit button

After submitting the form, you will receive an email from us with the information you entered. You will be redirected to a form where you can select a user name for your backend login.

Important: Make sure to use a valid email address that you have access to as the form will send you an email to set your password.

Click complete registration and then check your inbox for a confirmation email with a link to set your password. Click the link and set your password.

2. Log In To Your Account

To log into your account, click on the 'Account' menu item on the main navigation menu.

You can reset your password if you frogot it.

3. Your Control Panel

After you log in to your account, you will be able to access your control panel. From your control panel you will be able to create your first company page or manage any existing pages.

3.1 Create A New Company Page

First start with creating your company page, you can later add products, services and jobs to your company but you should create the company page first.

To create a new company page, please click the button that says 'Create A Page' from your control panel.

3.1.1 Company Name

To set your company name, please enter the Company Name in the field that is labeled 'Enter title here'.

3.1.2 Upload Your Logo

Click Add Image under logo and upload your logo. Use a square image, best practice is 250 pixel width by 250 pixel height.

3.1.3 Upload Store Main Photo

Use a photo that best represents your business. It can be a photo for your store front, interior, your best work or a generic industry related photo. Minimum size is 800 pixels width by 600 pixels height photo.

Note: If you have a problem resizing your photo please email it to contact@utahbusinesshub.com

Follow the same steps you used to upload your logo to upload your store main photo.

3.1.4 Choose Your Main Sector/Industry

Your main Sector/Industry is the main category of your line of work. For example, if you fix car's windowshields then your main Sector/Industry would be ' Automotive Services'. You can choose 1 main Sector/Industry.

Note: For a complete list of Sectors/Industries and Sub-Sectors/Sub-Industries Click here

If you provide a service that is not listed, please email us at contact@utahbusinesshub.com and we will add your services.

3.1.5 Choose All The Sectors/Industries Your Company Provide

Choose all the Sectors/Industries that your company provide. You can list diffrent Sectors/Industries from diffrent categories. You can choose as many Sectors/Industries as you want.

If you provide a service that is not listed, please email us at contact@utahbusinesshub.com and we will add your services.

NOTE:YOUR MAIN SECTOR/INDUSTRY MUST ALSO BE LISTED IN YOUR SUB-SECTORS/SUB-INDUSTRIES CATEGORY BOX AS WELL.

3.1.6 Adding Your Business Address

Choose the county and city where your business is located

3.1.7 Adding Your Business Address and Location Map

Type your address and make sure the map location is correct.

3.1.8 Adding Business Description, Hours Summary and Phone Number

Add your business summary (limited to 200 character).

Use Your Main Phone Number Here.

Add Your Business Hours (example: Mon - Fri, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.).

3.1.9 Adding A Banner Ad

You can upload a banner ad to promote a special event or discount you may offer.

Note: Banner ad width should be 370 pixel and height can vary. Use the same method you used to upload your logo to upload a banner ad.

3.1.10 Upload Your Gallery

To add images to your gallery, first click the blue button that labeled 'Add to gallery'.

Then upload photos from your computer (You can drag and drop files as well). Then hit select after the files are uploaded.

After uploading the photos you can click the image and add a title and a caption describing your image.

3.1.11 Fill In Your Contact Information and Social Media Links

Make sure to include the full address of your page including the http://

3.1.12 Adding Payment Methods

Check the boxes with the payment methods you accept from your clients.

3.1.13 Adding More Content

First Click the button that is labeld 'Add Content Block' then click 'New Content Block'.

You have 4 layouts of content blocks you can use any of them:

Layout 1 - : No Image OR Video

You can use this layout style if you want to add content or text block only, You can type any content you want on the editor on the right.

Note: Click the button indicated on the image below for more editing tools such as headlines, text colors,...etc

Layout 2 - : Image On Left

You can choose this option if you want to add an image on the left of your content. See example below.

Layout 3 - : Image On Right

Works the same as layout 2, Though the image appears on right istead of left.

Layout 4 - : Video On Left

Use this option if you want to add a video to the left of your content. You will need to upload your video to youtube and acquire the video id then copy and paste the video id under the box.

Layout 5 - : Video On Right

Work the same way as Video On Left but display your video on the right side of the content.

NOTE: You may add as many content blocks as you wish.

3.1.14 Adding Branches

To add a branch for your business click the button that labled add a branch and fill in the information for each branch.

You will need to get the Map Coordinates For Each Branch. Click Here To See How To Get Them

3.1.15 Adding Your Clients

To Add Your Clients Simply upload their logos into the clients gallery add their names to the title, Use Square 300x300 Images

After adding your content, update it or edit it. You will need to save your changes by clicking the 'publish' or 'update' button from the top right of the page. This step is necessery every time you add or edit content.

Add your product title, name, price and short discription

If you have more than one company you may link your product to only 1 company.

Select the main sector (industry) that your product should be classified under.

Upload more photos of your product.

After creating your company page, you can start adding your Jobs by clicking the 'Careate A Job' Link

Add your Job title, name and short discription

You can set your Job title and name to be the same or add special SEO to the title for example your Job title can be 'Web Designer Expert Needed' while your Job name can be 'Web Designer - Full Time'.

Link your company by clicking your company name from the list on the left.

If you have more than one company you may link your Job to only 1 company.

Select the job type (Full Time, Part Time,...etc)

3.4.4 Select Job's Industry and Sectors

Select the main sector (industry) that your Job should be classified under.

Select other sectors/sub sectors that your Job can be classified under.

3.4.5 Job Availability

Select the cities and counties where your Job vacancy is located.

3.4.6 Job Email

The email where you want to receive applicant posts.

3.4.7 Saving Your Content Or Publishing Your Page

After adding your content, update it or edit it. You will need to save your changes by clicking the 'publish' or 'update' button from the top right of the page. This step is necessery every time you add or edit content.

3.5 Edit Your Page

To edit your page choose the page you want to edit from your control panel and click edit page.
